Run directories:

  • Figure 1 uses pcomp_befaftP.pro and pcomp_befaftP_EEGW.pro in run_idl, with data from p512b73a and p512b73a_MHD3 for Run B, p512b73i0c and p512b73i0c_MHD for Run Bn, as well as 512_1e2_1e4_4e8_1em6a and 512_1e2_1e4_4e8_1em6b for the two versions of Run B1 of BHKRS.
  • Figure 2 uses rspec34P_p512b73a.pro, rspec34P_b3i25.pro, and rspec34P_b17.pro, with data from p512b73a, p512b3i25c, and p512b17c_k02b,
  • Figure 3 uses mkpng.csh with images from p512b73a, p512b3i25c, and p512b17c_k02b.
