I'm currently a post-doctoral fellow at the Nordic Institute for
Theoretical Physics
(NORDITA).

I dedicate most of my work to the young universe, the formation of
the Milky Way, and to various aspects of the formation and evolution
of the chemical elements. In particular, I'm interested in the important,
yet poorly understood connection between the first stars in the
universe and the oldest stars/most metal deficient stars in our Galaxy. See
